B | 今年以来，因选品问题，山姆频频陷入争议，甚至被指“背刺中产”。                   每经记者观察到，面对日益激烈的市场竞争，山姆在中国的发展战略也已出现调整。过去主打“有车中产”、多布局远郊的山姆，如今不仅进驻了闹市区，还不断向地级市、县级市拓展，抢滩下沉市场。                   高速扩张的过程中，山姆能否应对好“规模扩张”与“服务保障”的平衡？                    从电动车“超载”到配送工具升级：                    山姆末端物流困局能否破题？                    根据山姆方面的回应，其与合作平台正在推进交通工具改进，三轮或四轮车已经陆续落地。

C |                    山姆App（应用程序）显示，当前，山姆的配送方式包括极速达（最快1小时达）、全城配（隔日达）和全球购等。据每经记者了解，山姆的配送合作平台包括顺丰、达达等。                   据中国证券网报道，早在2018年5月，达达-京东到家就与山姆宣布，双方深度合作的山姆云仓已落地上海，并将合作延伸至全国更多重点城市。                   据当时介绍，这种类似于“前置仓”的模式主要用来解决大型商超暂时无法覆盖到的核心区域B2C物流问题，特别是1小时内生鲜等高端物流的派送需求。                   近年来，山姆正在增加物流合作伙伴。

D | 据中国网去年年底报道，计划于2024年12月开业的泉州晋江山姆的配送合作伙伴是第三方，即配平台顺丰同城。                   虽说山姆的应对方式已经出炉，但背后暴露的问题依然值得深思。                   艾媒咨询首席执行官兼首席分析师张毅在接受每经记者采访时表示，在山姆的高速扩张下，其配送体系和商业模式之间会出现失衡。                   “极速达的服务主要依赖第三方骑手，电动车难以承载大体积、大重量的家庭用品，导致超载安全隐患频现。”张毅认为，在订单激增以后，山姆末端配送环节的发展整体来说有些滞后，等待官方解决。                   值得一提的是，当前，沃尔玛正大力发展线上业务，并开出了大量云仓（即前置仓）。                   在发布截至2025年7月31日的二季度业绩时，沃尔玛国际总裁兼首席执行官Kathryn McLay表示：“在中国，我们又新开了33个云仓，目前总数已达455个。我们在中国超过50%的销售额来自线上，我们能在不到一小时内把商品送到顾客手中。”                    作为连接实体门店、云仓与消费者的核心纽带，对于山姆而言，极速达的重要性不可小觑。                   张毅提到，在商业经营模式上，山姆依然坚守付费会员制和精选SKU（最小存货单位）的核心理念，并在开设实体门店的基础上，通过云仓渗透市场。                   根据沃尔玛发布的2026财年第二季度业绩（截至2025年7月31日），沃尔玛中国第二季度实现净销售额58亿美元，同比增长30.1%；可比销售额增长21.5%，电商业务净销售额增长39%，电商销售额占比超过50%。

E |                    作为沃尔玛旗下品牌，山姆在今年二季度保持强劲增长势头，交易单量实现了双位数增长，过去12个月增加了8家新店（含本季度新增2家）。                   “中产滤镜”松动：选品等争议频发                    下沉扩张如何守护核心壁垒？                    事实上，今年以来，山姆屡次陷入网络舆论风波之中。                   今年7月，山姆货架上出现了好丽友、卫龙、溜溜梅、盼盼等普通商超随处可见的品牌，随即引发会员强烈不满。对此，山姆彼时回应称：“这次会员们的意见我们已纳入后续选品策略的考量中。”                    就山姆屡陷争议的原因，百联咨询创始人庄帅向每经记者表示：“这是很常见的快速扩张带来的一些经营和管理压力。”                    每经记者在山姆微信公众号发现，当前，山姆开出新店的步伐越来越快，并逐渐向下沉市场扩张。5月，武汉江岸山姆开业，9月，中山山姆也正式亮相。                   与此同时，区别于常规的远郊选址，山姆在近两年已经挺进中心城区。2023年5月，上海中心城区首家山姆店在普陀真如开业。                   2025年5月，有消息称，2025年后，山姆计划每年新增8至10家门店。不过，此消息尚未得到山姆官方证实。                   张毅提到，当前山姆已经由一线城市走向下沉市场，“下沉是山姆核心模式的延续，对山姆来说，开拓新市场是扩大规模、发展优势和抓住红利的重要动作”。

F |                    他认为，山姆之所以在近期屡陷争议，和会员数量的扩大有关。                   “过去，山姆服务的用户对会员制并不算太在意，如今，因为越来越多用户‘被迫’付了会员费，所以会有更多要求，这也是人之常情。”                    在张毅看来，山姆在中国市场的成功更多在于其通过精选高品质商品吸引住了中高收入家庭的女性消费者，因此品牌信任对山姆而言至关重要。                   庄帅则认为，企业看到发展机会就会进行快速扩张，必然也会带来管理和供应链方面的各种问题。                   每经记者观察到，目前山姆也正陷入激烈的红海竞争中，越来越多的竞争者正纷纷向山姆发起挑战。                   近两个月来，美团、阿里、京东三家大厂已有超过20家线下硬折扣门店在江浙沪落地。10月21日，奥乐齐与金鹰国际集团签署战略合作，未来金鹰国际集团将在多个城市、多个旗下商业体中引进奥乐齐。                   在庄帅看来，山姆在选品及自有品牌开发方面的优势依旧显著，然而其正面临日益加剧的竞争压力和增长挑战。
